4LB of homegrown hops all used in one batch. 2008 crop is Blend of Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Nugget and Columbus
3LB added in handfuls over the last 15 minutes of the boil, 1LB added as a dry-hop for 7 days.
10 gallons. 70% 2-row, 15% Belgian pils, 4% Munich, 4% Vienna, 6% Crystal 15, 1% Wheat
